The Gold Experience, released in 1995, was the first full-length Prince album to be credited to his unpronounceable symbol and was released at the most public, heated stage of his battle with the major label industrial complex.

With the word “SLAVE” written on one cheek, Prince shined on the opulent ballads “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World” and “Gold” and the defiant single “[eye] Hate U,” and the album earned widespread critical acclaim.

I purchased a pre-order item, when will I receive it?

Pre-orders products will not be shipped from our warehouse until the release date specified on the product page.

If you've purchased a pre-order item in the same order as other products, the order will not ship until all products are available. We are unable to split orders or ship items separately.

Will I be charged bank fees if buying from outside of New Zealand?

All items are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). If you complete an order using a non-NZ issued credit card, your bank may convert the order total into your local currency and charge additional fees to do so.
